Join us for a special event to celebrate Carers Week – hosted by Carers Count and S2R – The Great Outdoors Project. Activities planned include meditation, a guided walk around the park, arts and crafts, as well as drinks and refreshments!

Members of our Mental Health, Advocacy, and Information & Advice teams will also be on hand throughout the event for anyone who would like a chat, has questions, or would like to find out more about the support available.
